Two Minds. One Code.

Anja und Marco Bullin – Team Bullin

Hi, we are Anja and Marco – together we are Team Bullin.

As a well-coordinated developer duo, we realize custom software solutions with passion and precision.

Anja brings her experience in app and web development and ensures that applications not only work, but are also intuitive and user-friendly. Marco takes care of high-performance web solutions and robust cloud architectures that provide scalability and stability in the background.

Whether it's a modern web application, a mobile app, or a cloud-based platform – we support our clients from idea to finished product. Reliable. Transparent. Personal.

Mobile first, UX focused

Anja brings over ten years of experience in iOS app development and has created custom solutions for companies like CHIP and Jochen Schweizer. Her technical expertise goes beyond the user interface – she also feels at home in the backend and thinks software holistically.

As one of the lead developers of the Hawepro craftsman software, she knows exactly what matters in practice. Her special focus is always on clear, intuitive user guidance – because for Anja, it’s clear: only software that’s easy to use gets used.

Marco is a fullstack developer by heart – from user interface to cloud infrastructure, he masters the entire spectrum of modern software development.

In recent years, he has worked for companies such as studiVZ, Süddeutsche Zeitung, Check24, AutoScout24, and Mayflower GmbH, helping to build and scale complex systems.

As founder and lead developer of the Hawepro craftsman software, he understands the needs of medium-sized businesses just as well as the challenges of large digital projects. Whether frontend, backend, or AWS cloud – Marco ensures that software not only runs, but remains scalable in the long term.

Work & Projects

Craftsman Software Hawepro

We developed the entire application for the cloud-based Hawepro software from scratch – frontend, backend, and infrastructure. Technologies include ReactJS, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Node.js. Data is managed in a MongoDB cluster, the infrastructure runs serverless on AWS – including Lambda, S3, CloudFront, and a custom mail service.

Booking system for "Im Vogelhaus"

For the franchise startup Im Vogelhaus, we developed a custom booking and ticketing system – consisting of three modules:

  1. For operators to manage the tiny house rentals
  2. For renters to organize their booked houses
  3. For guests to book online and receive digital tickets

From concept to execution, everything came from us: frontend, backend (React, TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, Prisma), and the entire infrastructure in AWS – including mail service, domain management, S3, CloudFront, Lambda, event scheduling, and MySQL.

Culinary quiz for "Im Vogelhaus"

For the Swiss franchise startup Im Vogelhaus, which rents out tiny houses with a special experience factor, we developed an interactive quiz right inside the house.

The game runs on a monitor with a Raspberry Pi and was implemented entirely in Python using the Kivy framework. During the quiz, various sensors inside the tiny house are activated via our software – including light, sound, and a door opening – to make the experience even more immersive. In addition, we implemented a radio-like feature that allows different playlists to be played.
